My eating has been great (by my standards) so far! I’ve been managing 2-3 meals daily with snacks and making sure I get a wide variety of fruits and veggies. I’ve started strength workouts this week too :) I went through Peter D’Adamo’s book “Eat Right Diet” and sussed out what I need to eat to obtain optimal health and will be buying only appropriate foods in my next grocery shop, switching it up and trying different things each week. Wooh I’m really excited! My poor body has been so neglected and I can tell its appreciating this extra love and care already. Here’s to health!
